Sunflowers 2026
August 15, 2026: The sunflower field is now CLOSED for the season. Our sunflowers are into the seed producing era so the heads have dropped. Thank you to all who came to experience the magic of the sunflowers
The sunflower field officially opened on Monday, July 27th, 2026!
Hours of operation: 10-7:30pm every day while the bloom lasts (usually 2 weeks)
NOTE: The field is CLOSED if it is raining or we have had rain overnight and the field is muddy. You should check our social media account (Facebook or Instagram) before coming to see the sunflowers if the weather has been an issue.
See our Sunflowers 2026 page for details on pricing!
The sunflowers were planted on May 27, 2026!
Check out our social media (Facebook and Instagram) for updates and pictures of the sunflowers growing!
Frequently Asked Questions about the sunflowers:
When do they bloom? Normally sunflowers will bloom anytime between mid-July and mid-August. We can never be certain - so please don't ask us to pin down a date. It all depends on Mother Nature - sun, rain, warm temps/cold temps - all out of our hands.
How long does the bloom last for? The blooms look amazing for 2 weeks and then start to fade - although they still look good. As the plant matures and starts making the seeds, the yellow flower starts to droop and die off. This is the natural progression for a sunflower.
